| Sandy Gordon, VP of Global Operations and Employee Experience, began her career as a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines, where she built a customer-first approach that she carried over to Amazon. With deep roots in Atlanta, she was raised in a supportive community with parents who valued learning and education. "I love to solve problems," said Gordon. "I grew up in an environment where I did not see a limitation to my abilities. I was allowed to dream. And it's that same environment I want to re-create in my work."
