Your employees are learning. Shouldn’t the industry notice?

Dear Industry Leaders,

POV: You launch a learning program.
No reminders.
No follow-ups.
No “mandatory completion” emails.

And yet, employees show up.
They learn.
They apply what they learn.
Productivity improves.

Because something changed.
They weren’t learning because they had to.
They were learning because they wanted to.

Psychologists Edward Deci & Richard Ryan called this Self-Determination Theory, when people experience autonomy, mastery and purpose, motivation stops being forced… and starts becoming natural.

These days, the most admired organisations aren’t just running L&D programs. They’re building cultures where learning drives itself.

If that sounds familiar, here’s an honest question:
Why should this story stay inside your company walls?

Instead, your story deserves more than an internal presentation deck. It deserves industry recognition.

Think of it this way: your employees are already learning continuously. This is the time for the industry to learn from you.

And remember:
Don’t let the deadline be more motivated than you all.

Warm regards,
Team ETFSA 2026
P.S. Recognition works surprisingly well as a motivator. Self-Determination Theory would agree.
